📰 Good News Around Chattanooga
This section is why I do this newsletter. I have always felt news can in general be negative. And in my own little way I wanted to only share GOOD NEWS. Maybe it’ll spread positivity to just 1 person per week and it’ll all be worth it. And maybe YOU reading it can share it with someone and add just a bit more.
Does this make your day better?

The Bethlehem Center continues to play a powerful role in Chattanooga by supporting families, children, and the surrounding community through education, youth programs, and outreach.

🏡 Chattanooga Real Estate Update
People were out looking still and as always remain optimistic about Chattanooga’s real estate market. Overall for the year it has been busier than the previous year so that’s a good thing. I also submitted 2 offers for clients this past week that had multiple offers on the properties so that tells me its picking up!
Do you think Chattanooga's real estate market is growing too fast?

📍 Destination of the Week
Coolidge Park
One of my favorite spots to go in Chattanooga. Morning walks with coffee is hard to beat here. Also makes a good spot to go in the evenings and grab dinner at one of the nearby restaurants. The walking bridge is also undergoing a major renovation so it is going to look phenomenal!
