A Hot Meal & a Whole Lot of Heart
At The Pink Cottage on Main in Kimball, Abby from Village Charities is serving more than just food — she’s serving hope. Since January, Abby has provided weekly hot meals to Marion County residents—no questions asked. This week, 132 people were fed with help from 6 amazing volunteers.
Fueled entirely by local donations, her mission is simple but powerful: when people have food, they have the strength to keep going.

Restaurant of the Week
Dusty’s Oyster Bar – Panama City Beach, FL
Greetings from vacation mode in PCB! I’ve been soaking up the sun, but never miss a Monday without sharing the good news. This week, I swung by Dusty’s Oyster Bar — a lively, divey spot known for fresh oysters, buffalo shrimp, gumbo, and that fun “money-on-the-wall” vibe
Even on holiday, I grabbed a moment away from the beach to spread some joy and recommend this local gem. If you're in Panama City Beach, Dusty's is a must–visit for great seafood and unforgettable energy.

📬 Thanks for Reading The Scoop!
